These terms and conditions are designed for comfortable and clear cooperation. Please, read it before the session ☺ Each client receives these terms and conditions before the session, and the decision to use the Photographer's services is tantamount to acceptance.

Session Booking/Payment

Booking a session is done through the contact form. The session is booked upon payment of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of PLN 100.00 or EURO 25.00.
The deposit must be paid within 3 business days of booking the session. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the selected date automatically reverts to the dates available for clients.
If the photo session takes place, the deposit is credited towards the payment for the session. The remaining amount to be paid is payable on the day of the session in cash or by bank transfer to _______ within 3 business days.

Late/Postponed Session/Cancellation

In case of lateness to the session, the Client is obliged to notify the Photographer. The Client's lateness may automatically shorten the photography session, any extension of the session or postponement of the session is possible only after consultation with the Photographer.
If the session is postponed, the deposit is transferred to the next session date. Subsequent postponement of the session is equivalent to cancellation of the session and results in forfeiture of the deposit.
The above rules do not apply if the postponement is for an outdoor session due to weather preventing the session.
The photographer will confirm the date and time of the session via email or text message a few days before the session. If the Client fails to respond by the day before the session, the Photographer sends a notice of cancellation of the session date and time, resulting in forfeiture of the deposit.
If the session is canceled by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable.
For valid reasons, the Photographer reserves the right to postpone the photo session without consequences.

Execution of photos/processing of photos

Within 7 working days after the session, the Client receives galleries of raw photos, from which, within 14 days, he selects a certain number of photos (depending on the package).
The photos selected by the Client are subject to the author's processing, the Photographer does not perform full facial retouching.
The implementation time of the photos is a maximum of 30 days from the date of their selection. The Photographer reserves the right to extend this period in case of vacation, illness, intensive photo season, etc.
The client does not receive the remaining unprocessed photos.
If more shots are selected than those indicated in the package, they will be processed upon payment of an additional fee.
The client cannot publish the unprocessed photos.
The condition for sharing the gallery of raw photos is payment of the full session fee.
The photographer is not responsible for the quality of photos printed by the client on his own after he received them in electronic form.
The Client is obliged to familiarize himself with the Photographer's portfolio, his style of processing and work, so he cannot expect processing that is inconsistent with the Photographer's sense of aesthetics and inconsistent with the Photographer's characteristic style including color, contrast, framing.
You should prepare for the session according to the Photographer's instructions. The Photographer reserves that the final result of the photos is also affected by the preparation of the Client for the session.

Consent to publication:

The Client may consent to the publication of photos, for the Photographer's promotional purposes.
If consent is given, the Photographer may publish the photos for promotional purposes on social media, on the website, at photo contests, openings and exhibitions, and in promotional and advertising materials.
Consent is given and revoked in writing.
Copyright:
Copyright of the photograph belongs to the Photographer.
The Client may not send photos to openings, competitions and other events without the Photographer's consent.
